Responsibility

• Candidate should oversee and support the process by reviewing daily transactions on performance parameters
  1. Review the implementation dashboard and the scores for the team
  2. Support the team in enhancing performance parameters by providing technical support and process guidance
  3. Document and research call logs to spot the most occurring trends to prevent future problems
  4. Record, track, and document all queries received, problem-solving steps taken and total successful and unsuccessful explanations
  5. Ensure familiar processes also procedures are followed to resolveall client queries
  6. Determine client queries as per the SLA’s defined in the contract
  7. Develop an understanding of the process/ product for the team members o encourage better client interaction and troubleshooting
  8. Recognize red flags and escalate serious client issues to Teamleader in cases of untimely resolution
  9. Ensure all outcome information and disclosures are given toclients before and after the call/email requests
  10. Avoids legal challenges by observing compliance with serviceagreements

• Candidate should handle technical escalations through sufficient diagnosis and troubleshooting of client queries
  1. Manage and determine technical roadblocks/ escalations as per SLA and quality prerequisites
  2. If unable to determine the issues, timely escalate the issues toTA & SES
  3. Provide product support also resolution to clients by performing a question diagnosis while guiding users through step-by-step solutions
  4. Troubleshoot all client queries in a user-friendly, courteous, and professional manner
  5. Offer alternative solutions to clients (where appropriate) with the objective of retaining customers’ and clients’ business
  6. Organize ideas and effectively communicate oral statements applicable to listeners and situations
  7. Follow up and make scheduled callbacks to clients to record feedback and ensure compliance to contract SLAs

• Candidate should build people capability to ensure functional excellence and maintain superior customer service levels of the existing account/client
  1. Mentor and guide Production Specialists on improving technical knowledge
  2. Collate training to be conducted as triage to bridge the skill gap’s identified through interviews with the Production Specialist
  3. Develop and work activities (Triages) within products for production specialists as per the target
  4. Notify the client about the triages being conducted
  5. Launch product training to stay current with product features, changes, and updates
  6. Register in product specifications and any other trainings per client requirements/recommendations
  7. Determine and document the most common problems and recommend appropriate resolutions to the team
  8. Correct job knowledge by participating in self-learning opportunities and maintaining personal networks
